Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the camyapi.com.tr website (the “Site”) operated by Camyapı Cam Pazarlama İnşaat Taahhüt Ticaret ve Sanayi Anonim Şirketi (“Cam Yapı”). Anyone who visits or uses the Site is deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Purpose and Content of the Site

The Site has been prepared to give general information about Cam Yapı’s corporate structure, architectural glass processing technologies, production and logistics capabilities, certificates and reference projects. The product and process information, production sizes, capacity figures, certificate and reference information and images on the Site are for information purposes; they do not constitute a binding offer, technical specification or commitment. Final product specifications, dimensions, price, delivery and shipment terms are determined by the written quotations, order confirmations and contracts concluded between the parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The rights to all text, images, video, logos, trademarks, designs and other content on the Site belong to Cam Yapı or the relevant right holders. Third-party trademarks whose names, logos or certificates appear on the Site belong to their respective owners. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or used for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Cam Yapı.

  • To use the Site in accordance with the legislation in force, public morality and these terms,
  • To ensure that the information submitted through the contact form is accurate and up to date,
  • Not to attempt to obstruct or disrupt the operation or security of the Site or to gain unauthorised access to the system,

Cam Yapı takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date; however, it does not guarantee that the content is complete, error-free or accessible without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, it cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the Site, from access interruptions or from actions taken in reliance on the information on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded content (for example maps and video). Cam Yapı is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Bergama (İzmir) have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
